EXHIBITION SETUP - 23rd April 2019, Tuesday 2PM - 6PM

EVENT START DATE - 24th April 2019, Wednesday. Registration and breakfast workshop starts 8 AM. Opening keynote starts 9AM

EVENT END & TEAR DOWN – 24th April 2019, Wednesday at 6 PM (after the networking cocktail reception). Kindly ensure that all your materials will be shipped out by you and nothing will be left behind.

 

WHAT IS PROVIDED - 10 feet by 10 feet booth. The area is carpeted and your booth will have a 6ft clothed table and 2 chairs. There is no pipe & drape nor shell scheme at this event. If you have a banner to attach, you will have to provide your own stands.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

✓ COMPANY PROFILE & LOGO – due ASAP

Kindly provide your logo in EPS format & 200-word profile. Please check HERE

✓ DIGITAL ADVERT – on or before 5th April 2019. Platinum and Gold partners are entitled to one digital advert to be displayed on stage in between the sessions. Please note items received beyond this date will not be included. You may choose one (1) of the following:

• A 1-2 minute video clip (with or without sounds) to be played in between the sessions. Video clip should be in mp4 format.

• A full-colour static image to be flashed on the screens of the main hall in between sessions. Resolution should be 1920x1080 in landscape orientation and 300 dpi.

• A PowerPoint presentation (2-3 slides) to be flashed on the screens of the main hall and breakout rooms in between sessions. PowerPoint size ratio is 16:9 and in auto-play mode.

✓ REPRESENTATIVES' NAMES – on or before 5th April 2019

Send us the details of your booth representatives so we can provide access to the event mobile app, badges and food at the event. Kindly send us their name, job title, organization and email address thru [email protected]

✓ EVENT MOBILE APP - We are launching our event mobile app for HR Leaders Summit Vancouver in April. To gain exclusive access, please send us your booth representative details (as mentioned above) no later than April 5th

✓ SHIPPING AND RECEIVING – If you are shipping something to Vancouver Convention Centre by a courier, kindly ensure that they have to arrive exactly on April 23rd (the venue will only accept them on this date and not earlier).
