EVENT SET UP DATE– Wednesday, April 1 – 6:00 PM – 12:00AM

EVENT START DATE– Thursday, April 2 – Registration and expo hall opens at 8:00 am, exhibitors may arrive as early as 7:00 am for last minute set up. You may view the full agenda HERE.

EVENT END & TEAR DOWN– Thursday, April 2 – 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM. Please be reminded all items must be removed at the end of the conference.

WHAT IS PROVIDED– 10 feet by 10 feet booth. The area is carpeted and your booth will have a 6ft clothed table and 2 chairs. There is no pipe & drape nor shell scheme at this event. If you have a banner to attach, you will have to provide your own stands.

SHIPPING AND RECEIVING – If you are shipping something to Vancouver Convention Centre by a courier, kindly ensure that they arrive exactly on April 1st 2020 (the venue will only accept them on this date and not earlier). Kindly find shipping label HERE. Alternatively, you may bring your materials with you during the event setup day.

DO NOT BLOCK THE AISLE OR INVADE NEIGHBOUR’S SPACE – No sign or decorative materials may protrude into the aisles or encroach upon neighbouring booths or sight lines. No obstructions may be placed in any aisle, passageways, lobby or exit leading to any fire extinguishing appliances.

EXCESSIVE TRASH & BOOTH ABANDONMENT– Any excessive trash which consists of display materials, carpet, padding, crates and/or pallets will be disposed of and charged both a handling fee and disposal fee during move-in. Excessive booth materials and/or literature left in the booth at the end of the published exhibitor move-out that is not labeled for an outbound shipment will be considered abandoned and deemed as trash. The exhibitor will be charged for the removal and disposal of these items. Charges may include Installation Dismantle Labour, Forklift/Rigging Labour

Not only will you save time, but you will also contribute to our sustainability efforts by reducing paper consumption. You’ll receive instant confirmation your order has been received, and our dedicated Exhibit Services team will review your order to ensure everything is ready to go when we welcome you onsite. The Advanced Rate order deadline is March 10, 2020.

The Pre-Show order deadline is March 30, 2020.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE – All food and beverage is exclusively provided by the Vancouver Convention Centre. It is not permissible for food and beverage, alcoholic or otherwise, to be purchased or brought in from off-site and served in the facility.
